I have had customers go through AW Post-Sale checkout and select shipping charges I post on eBay. When the customers select PayPal to pay, PayPal receives this information into their Web Accept routine and are charged S&H as if the sale was from our business web site. (I have a web site with PayPal as the shopping cart management.)
Customers are getting a total which reflects the web site shipping, not what's posted on eBay. In some cases they are under-charged and in others over-charged.
The final invoice within AW shows the S&H that is correct, but PayPal "sees" the transaction as if it was coming from the web site and posts a S&H cost that can't be changed.
Any ideas within AW why is happening? PayPal says AW should not be sending to PayPal's Web Accept transactions system. PayPal of course would like for buyers to completely bypass AW and use the PayPal Pay Now button. Can AW send the information to PayPal so customers get correct billing?
