Are we supposed to change to the classic WBN form yet? I changed mine and 13 were sent out and the link doesn't works that is in the e-mail. I had lost the e-mail about it changing. Should I have waited or something?

Hi Pam,
We are currently investigating an issue with the link within the WBNs, and this is entirely unrelated to your changing your preferences from Express to Classic. We will post back when we have more information, and we apologize for this.

Hi again -- the problem has been isolated, and we believe that this will be resolved shortly. You will not need to resend your WBNs as the link should be functional in the original once this is resolved.
