One of my auctions does not show the #2 key filled in and I was gonna put the info in for them. I clicked "edit" from within the checklist and was surprised that the address was already in there. So I clicked the save button in hopes that the system would detect it this time and it told me that I had to put in the shipping method and the payment method and gave me a back key to press. I did that and the form does not have any shipping/payment method things to check off and so I just go around in circles. Will this still print the shipping label in spite of this issue since the address is in there? Why is this happening? Is there something I can do to fix this?

The shipping label does print but the invoice shows shipping to be $0.00 but I don't use the invoice anyway. I still would like to know why this happened though.
Thanks

Hi Antelope67,

There was a minor problem with WBNs yesterday evening that might have something to do with this. However you can still apply a shipping charge to the stored information and have it appear on your invoice. To do this, edit step 1 of your post sale keys and select a shipping method, and put in the correct shipping price. The shipping selection should then show up on your invoice. If this happens to any of your other WBNs please let me know.

Thank you! That fixed it. I guess there wasn't anything that I could do to prevent it. I'll let you know if it happens again. I think all my other ones are okay but there are quite a few that the bidder didn't fill out (or maybe they did as in this case). I'll check them all after lunch. Thanks again!
