I’m new to AW.
Question #1: I like to view all WBN responses. Any way to mark which auctions I’ve already viewed? –
Question #2: Is there a way to manually enter customer’s name & address? I had a few winners email me directly and not enter their info via AW link. –
Question #3: Is there a way to "search" the forum for messages on particular issues?

Hi Jsdonahoo,
Unfortunately, you cannot mark auctions as already viewed.
You can enter in the name and address through the edit link of step two in PSM. Then all you would need to do is save what you added, and it will appear in the packing slip.
Unfortunately there is no message center search but if you cannot find the answer to one of your questions, feel free to ask -- we would be happy to help you out!

This may help you figure out which responses you've looked at:
As soon as someone responds, I print out the invoice/packing slip. This lights up No. 4 in the fulfillment checklist, so next time I go in, I know which responses I've looked at and which I haven't.
