Hi,
I'm trying to launch auctions to Yahoo and I'm getting the following error. The auctions were originally in my inventory and I set the preferences for YAHOO and then launched. After the error, I also tried copying them and relaunching and that didn't work either. I've checked my preferences and they are set.
'The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:
Internal Processing Failure. The data returned from the auction site (site ID = 0003) was unexpected.
Please contact AuctionWatch and provide specific details regarding the conditions which lead to this error.
If this error message does not provide enough information regarding the source of the auction error, you may preview the auction insertion. Otherwise you may edit the auction information or attempt to schedule the auction again.'

Although I don't sell on Yahoo, I believe that in the past some AW members have had trouble launching to Yahoo if they have templates on their auctions. Check and make sure you have your preferences set to " No Template" and then try it.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

I don't believe that is it. I tried it and it is defaulted and states: Yahoo does not accept templates....so I couldn't change it that way. I guess I could Create a New auction....at any rate my template was blank only being split with one on top and rest at bottom. (not sure if that is Custom or not)
I am going to repost this problem to Yahoo message board as there has been no response from AW here yet!

Hi Guy21fan,
I just looked over your errored auctions in pending, and it seems that Yahoo refused to launch your listings due to the following error (quote from Yahoo):
"The credit card you provided is already being used by another Yahoo! ID. You may not bid on or sell auctions using your current ID."

Hi ramabele,
We have also looked into your errors, and in your case Yahoo returns an error message that instructs you to review your personal information for Yahoo Wallet. You might want to log on to Yahoo and make sure that all info is current.

I was getting that same message (site ID=0003) or whatever, and came to the message center to see, and...viola! Here you all are! Well, I read the replies, and, guess what: I got mine solved! My user ID was listed incorrectly in "My account>Auction Site Accounts". So!! I hope your messes got solved because it worked for me!! Thanks so much!
