I would like to switch my WBN so that the high bidder can fill it out in their email (I forget what this format is called) instead of the 'Classic' format. I have been all over the AW site and cannot figure out how to change. There used to be a link on the 'create listing' page, but I don't see it anymore. Where can I make this change?

Hi Bh010296,
Unfortunately we will no longer be offering the Express format for WBNs so you will be unable to change the format. Using Classic format will lead to less confusion and a higher response rate from your winners. It will also enable better service in the future, and integration of more features for post sale. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.

That's too bad! I had never used the Express WBN before because I felt that customers wouldn't like it. (I don't know why I felt that way.) I received one from a seller yesterday, though, and as a customer, I loved it!

Hi Sonya,
I keep getting notices about changing to classic on the PSM settings page, but I don't see a link or check box or anything to allow me to tell it to change. How do I do this?
