Can I resend the WBN with a change in shipping charges? I resent WBN on 2 auctions last week but the winners said they never received my shipping information.

Hi Jan,

You can resend your WBN -- from the fulfillment checklist, click on the Edit link for step 1 and specify your shipping and handling charges. Then go ahead and send the WBN, your winner should be able to choose the shipping.
