Hello,

I don't understand what's happening.

All my clients are receiving WBNs withouth my consent.
I have my preferences set up for NOT TO SEND THIS !!!!!

What is going up ????

Please resolve this issue IMMEDIATLY !!!!!!!!!

Hi Jose,

I checked your current active auctions and noticed you have the WBN off. Did you ever have the auto-WBN option as a preference? Also, do you have the PayPal end of auction notice enabled? You might want to double check because that could be what your customers are receiving.
