When a buyer clicks on the WBN link and fills out payment/shipping info, isn't there a direct link to PayPal ... An interactive link that fills in the auction number, amount, address, etc?
Did AW change something? I thought that was part of the WBN convenience to the buyer. Anyway, I got this feedback:

PostSale collected his mailing info and phone number. But something goes wrong after that.

Hello Mike,
The link to PayPal in the WBN is simply a link for the buyer to visit PayPal and submit payment to you from. It is not auto-completed as the one sent directly from PayPal itself is. Nothing has changed, the buyer still needs to enter in your email address along with the amount to submit to you.
