Sorry for the delay, I have been working on this for you but have been unable to come up with a resolution or even a possible cause. We have escalated this issue along to engineering to look into further for you.

Do you know anything different about these items from your others? There does not appear to be, but pass along any info you have.

the one that got sent was a re-list. the rest were new.
other than that, nothing that's not normal.

this matter is still unresolved after 12 hours. i will be sending WBN to my winners manually. please request refunds on my behalf for these auction due to your failing system.

Yes i did edit them. Each auction in that batch had to be edited because the "buy it now" amount was showing up as reserve.
Does that disable the keys?

So when you edited them, you removed the reserve and changed it to a Buy It Now?
Please let me know the auction ID numbers this happened to.

exactly right Sonya, this is the entire batch that I had to update. I thought I had sourced them correctly (BIN-BIN, instead of BIN-Reserve) in AWPro- I imported them from excel.<br />

Hi Missdona,
We have become aware of a bug in the eBay API which is preventing PSM keys from being applied to auctions where the reserve is removed after they have been launched. We are working with eBay on this situation -- unfortunately at this time there is no workaround for the problem. You are more than welcome to request a refund via the URL I provided a few posts up.
