Hi TrumTrum,
Are you using the AOL browser? If so, please try a different browser. If you are still getting these errors let me know what page you are on and what you are clicking that produces the error.

<sigh> Yes i'm on AOL and i knew you were going to ask me that. No disrespect but it's now AOL. I tried it through internet explorer too and it's still doing it. I'm trying to edit my auctions and save them and it brings me back to a page full of a bunch of screwed up HTML codes, or when i try to pick my auctions out of the closed auctions to edit them and relist them it won't let me, everything feezes up. I have been using AW for a long time on AOL and not had too many problems, so why i keep being asked if i'm on AOL everytime i have a problem is beyond me. I'm a paying customer it should work no matter what i'm using. I'm also getting script errors one right after another saying that relist is not a valid object. Thanks.......

Ok, this is really starting to irritate me. I go to closed auctions, check the ones i want, click relist, when it gets to the page CONTROL PANEL/RELIST AND RELAUNCH AUCTIONS only some show up that i picked, and the rest are HTML codes. If i do get one i can edit, after you edit it and push save, it goes back to the CONTROL PANEL/RELIST AND RELAUNCH AUCTIONS page like it normally does but all the other auctions are gone and it's ALL HTML codes now. Ugh.....it's starting to P me off because i have to get my work done.

Non-tech support suggestions:
1. Clear the browser's cache (both AOL and IE)
2. Shut down all applications and remove all of the .tmp files from your C:\Temp folder (also look in C:\Windows for any .tmp files and get rid of those)
3. If you haven't yet, reboot your system
If you >still< get these errors, then AW's support is going to have to get going...

I have done all the things you said and it's still doing it. I have noticed that it happens the most when you try to edit more than 3 auctions on the CONTROL PANEL/RELIST AND RELAUNCH page. If you choose 3 or more from your closed auctions, and then it goes over to the page i mentioned above, the first 3 are fine, then the rest are gone, or they are HTML codes. I hope someone does get on it, because something is wrong and i'm paying and unable to do anything. Thanks again....

Hi TrumTrum,
Can you give us an example of the HTML that you are seeing? Does it cover the whole page? So I understand you correct, you choose 3 or more closed auctions to relist, click on the relist button and are sent to a page that has our HTML code?
You know we are going to ask this: Are you using the latest version of AOL?
Well, i can't get back to the HTML codes i was seeing, but where the auction title should be, and the edit button on the CONTROL/PANEL RELIST AND RELAUNCH it said something like <http or <heff and some numbers. It doesn't cover the whole page. Just where the auctions i selected to relist would be. When i select 3 or more auctions out of my closed auctions, it sends me to the page that i mentioned above, then after i edit the first one, and save it, it brings you back to the CONTROL/PANEL RELIST AND RELAUNCH page like it always does, but then it's all screwed up with the HTML codes in place of the auction titles, OR they are completley gone. I'm using AOL 6.0 and i really am not trying to be a boob here, but what does that matter? Your site should work with any other site if your offering a service. I have used AW with AOL for a loooong time and usually don't have this problem. I know AOL can suck the big one sometimes but why all of a sudden would it be causing me problems like this with your site? Anyway......thanks again for trying to figure this out.

I am on AOL and have been trying to relist for over 2 hours!! I can't get into my auctions either. The page just stalls at a certain percentage and just sits there. This is really frustrating. This is not an AOL thing because I can get into ALL other internet sites.
I could just go relist through eBay, but then you'll charge me bigger fees. If this isn't resolved soon, then I'd suggest you let me relist directly through eBay with no penalties! Please let me know what is being done about this. Thanks.

Hi TrumTrum,
If you are not seeing the HTML anymore, what are you now seeing?
You would be amazed by how many problems are solved by simply updating browsers. Not only does this update the browser to the newest version, but it also would repair any corrupted files or settings that were present with the previous one. If you are seeing HTML code where things should be, I would venture to guess that your browser may be corrupted.
We are not able to replicate this problem in your account on our side, which leads us to believe this may be a browser issue.
Update your browser and let us know if you notice anything different, or try it from a different browser.

AW YOU ARE OUT OF CONTROL. THE POOR LEVEL OF TECHNICAL STABILITY IS HORRIBLE LATELY. IMAGES DON'S SHOW UP. THE DROP DOWN FOR GALLERY IMAGE SELECTION SHOWS A FEW IMAGES OR COMPLETELY STOPS. I'VE BEEN WITH YOU FOR A YEAR AND HALF -- I AM AT MY WITS END...WILL BE SWITCHING SOON. GET YOUR S__T TOGETHER.

Oh my god, you have got to be kidding. Why is everything on this site everyone elses problem but yours?? My browser IS updated, if i get one that is anymore undated i will have to invent it myself. Geez...
I couldn't tell you what HTML codes i was seeing because i wasn't on that page anymore, and in order to get them to come back up i would have needed to do go through the whole process of trying to relist, which takes forever because the site is so darn slow. I see post after post of others having problems as well. It's not US it's YOUR site. A site i might add i'm paying YOU for. Well i guess if it doesn't work i will need to find somewhere else to go.
