Hi

When someone uses the BIN feature on Ebay, whey does it take so long for Auctionwatch to send me a response.

I would like to print out an invoice right away to send to the buyer, however, I can not do that.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jeffj318,

When an item is purchased with Buy It Now, the WBN should go out shortly after it closes. Sometimes refreshing your active auctions list can speed up the process. Let me know if you have any other questions.
