buy they SHOULD be, right? I think at one point my customers were taken straight to PayPal, but lately I'm getting emails from winning bidders saying, "Okay, I filled out your checkout, now what? How and when do I PayPal you?" Too much confusion for them AND me! Is there something I can do to fix this, or is this some other issue? Thanks much, JenRaz
After your winners fill out the WBN, they will have to click on the "Pay Now" link that should be under the total of the item. That link takes them to PayPal so that they can complete the sale. Are they able to get to that link?
