Could you PLEASE enhance the Online Account page (I haven't asked for this in quite a while)?

That way no one has to select your item number (not the auction item number), copy the text, scroll to the bottom of the page, find the right link, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the right link, then paste.
Because then you still have to open up a new window to find the text that has to be pasted into the description. (It's that double paste thing that's just so bothersome.)
It's a pain in the @$$ to even have to ask for a refund, the least you could do is make the process just a little bit easier.
