Just got your e-mail concerning the new annual listing plan that will be available later this month. This is just what I and many other have asked for and hoped to get. I will be staying with your services for sure now and signing up as soon as it is available. Thank for listening to your customers and here is to at least another year together . TOM

I hope I read it correctly. I get all the services I use - image hosting, Auction Manager Pro, launch scheduling and the control page. I will get the closed auction page but not the post sale page that sorts the sold from the unsold. Correct? I did like that feature but I could live without it.
Is there any way, any way at all, to be able to keep all the items in closed auctions? On my closed auctions, once I relist a sold or unsold item it disappears. Why, I never understood as it is still a closed item. It did the same thing on the unsold item page once you copied it or relisted it it would disappear, when in fact, IMO, it should still show as unsold for that particular day.
I will stop wasting my time looking for other services now!

If I am understanding it correctly if the one pay plan - you do not get to use the PSM correct? All you get is listing and image hosting? If I am correct - I would love to see a one pay plan - that gives us access to the PSM - just like we have now.

I guess if you don't use the service all the time, you don't get the new price information email. I have not listed with AuctionWatch for about a month and I have not received the email about a new price plan. Customer Service: Is there some place on your site that tells about it or am I going to stay at the other site I found that is cheaper than your previous pricing. If I am to come back, I will have to know what your doing on price etc. and you will have to quit crashing every week.

I'm with corksmom. I'd like to see an annual plan that gives access to everything including Post Sale, like many of us have now.
