I keep getting this message, can anyone help me with this??

Synchronization failed - General server error
There is a problem with the batch item titled 'POKEMON JAPANESE E SERIES CARD 3 PACKS CARDS'.
Please check your Internet connection.

I have been on the phone with my service provider & my cable modem is working fine, they can't help me with this..
Thank god my year is up in March, I'm gone...
