I've refreshed and refreshed, and the auction won't move into closed.

I'm having a SIMILAR problem:

I keep hitting "refresh" on my Auction Manager main page, but it is not registering that one of my auctions has several more bids AND the current price has gone up about $70 more. It looks like the new bids came in over an hour ago, so "refresh" should work.

BTW, it looks like the COUNTERS are increasing, so they are getting captured. But, NOT the number of bids and current price.

okay ... this is weird ...

"Refresh" wasn't updating my Auction Manager main page. But the process of LEAVING that page and coming over here to post the above message, then returning to Auction Manager seems to have allowed the bids and price to correctly update!

Hmmmm ....

Hi kathleenrock,

Yes, that is weird as both techniques should have presented the same results. Thanks for letting us know, I will pass the troubleshooting tip along!

My BIN auctions NEVER move to closed without me manually going into the auction and resetting the counter. Then it moves to closed and sends out the WBN.
This has always been the way for me, and it would be nice for AW to address it some day.

Hi Tracy,

We do have a workaround available for the Buy It Now issue. Take a look at this thread for more information.

Hi Christopher. Unfortunately I don't feel comfortable having AW funnel all of my eBay-related emails to me. One more step in receiving my email would guarantee problems.
Thanks, but no thanks.

This always happens and it happens alot. What I do, and it works for me is if I know and auction has sold BIN or regular closing, I just go to the auction and hit copy, this will move it to your pending catagory, If I'm lucky, I can recopy alot of auctions before the counters are updated in my active listings. Then all I do is relist all at once from my pending and I have saved alot of time.It also appears as a new auction and not a relist, so if it dosen't sell, I get another chance to relist free. If you don't sell alot of the same items, just delete them from pending and there ya go.It also seems if you click on the active listings where you can view all your actives at once, it only takes one copy and everything is reset and up to date.
