I've had a few buyers that are not using the WBN because the link is not clickable. Unless it's simple for them, they are not going to cut and paste the info to their web browser. Why can't you get this right? It was working better before you made us all change.
I've already had to manually send 4 emails. I do use AOL as my mail service.

Hi Guy21fan,
The link is automatically made clickable. If your winner's email client is not accepting HTML, it will not come up as clickable so they would have to copy and paste the URL into a browser window. Of the few that couldn't click on them, do you know what their ISP was?
