Help! I've been trying for close to 24 hours to launch a new auction. I just keep getting the above-referenced message in red. I did change (I think) my user I.D. and email address recently, and this is the first time I've tried to launch an auction since. Don't know if that could have anything to do with the problem. Have been to my account and site specifics data 12 times and can't figure out what's wrong. Any ideas?

Hi Domsgram,
I deleted your other post since it is a repeat of this one. When you change your auction site ID and password you must also make sure you update Auction Site Accounts in your My Account tab. If you haven't already done that, kindly do so, then try to launch your auction.
I checked your auction in Pending (I am assuming that is the one) and noticed that you have the 25 cent gallery option selected, but you have no picture chosen. You will need to select one from the drop down to the right of that option, or change the 25 cent option to N/A.
