Why does this show up as the wrong price in my Auction Manager?

<<Ice Hockey Goalie Personalized Clock By MA 1073072821 $20.00>>

It sold today for that buy it now price, but the price in the auction is only $15.99..none of the the otehrs show their BIN prices.

Also, once I relaunched this, why is still in my ending aucitons area..how would I know the diff between those just ending, and those I still have to relaunch?

Hi Magneticattractions,

It shows up as $20 in your closed area because it sold at $20. If the winner did not use buy it now and it closed normally, it would show $15.99.

Usually when you relist an item, it should disappear from closed auctions. I think your item is still in closed because it sold, so techinically does not count as a real relist. I would need to check on this for you, however.

I'm not sure what you just said..I know why it said $20 in the closed area..but what i didn't know was why it gave the price in the active area (I relisted it) as $20. It now is back to $15.99 so it's moot.

However, it't sold, I've relisted it..do I have to physically delte it from the ended (sold) area, or does that filter off itself?

If it stays in my ended auctions..how do I tell the difference between the ended auctions that I have relisted, and the auctions that just ended, and haven't been relisted, without continously going back and forth?

Hi Magneticattractions,

If it was a true relist it would drop out of closed auctions once it was sold. You can remove it from there yourself if you like, or leave it there for your records. You will be able to tell which is the original and which is the relist based on the date they closed.

When I relist items, I back click until I reach the closed page with my check marked boxes and delete them myself. Otherwise it does get very confusing because they don't always delete automatically or right away (sometimes hours). When I'm relisting everything it is difficult to tell where I left off when those are still there. The ones that sold I leave in closed until I get FB and can throw away all paperwork.
