when I attempt to change my global preferences from Option 1: Amount: $3.00 for USPS first class mail to Custom: Amount $3.00 for USPS mail, the change is not saved. After saving, the Custom box is still checked but the amount reverts to $0.00. Why is this?
I want to change it because most of my auctions are for books sent Book Rate, not First Class.

Hi Pelorus,
I checked your Global Preferences and the change is there. If you are changing it to take effect on currently active auctions, you will have to edit those auctions one by one. To do this, from your Active Auctions list, select all your auctions and hit the Set WBN button. Then select the auctions again, hit the Edit WBN button, and change your shipping and handling.
