Where in all the info can I find the list of things we are supposed to do when someone hasn't paid for their item? I had an auction close on 1/19 and sent the appropriate info to the buyer, but haven't received payment or shipping address from them, altho I have emailed them 3 times (politely). It's like they dropped off the ends of the earth.

Go to your MY EBAY page. Click on "selling". Scroll to the bottom of the page and in the "Trust & Safety" section you will find a link for the non paying bidders program. Study it carefully, paying particular attention to the time constraints for each of the three steps. You will be able to go ahead and file the NPB alert notice today. You will then have to wait 10 days to file for a FVF refund. Be sure to mark your calender to file on the 10th day. If you forget, the time limit can run out on you. As a side note, if he has already been suspended for non payment, you can file the alert and fvf refund request at the same time, bypassing the 10 day wait. Ebay will prompt you at the time if this is the case.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

And, of course, the short cut to this information is the "Non Paying Bidder" button which is displayed when you open any listing in Post Sale Management. It's right above the "date" column...
Click that, find the link that says: "Click here to view eBay's Non-Paying-Bidder / Final Value Fee Credit Request Program." and you've got the right page.
