customers has been reporting problems with checkout. I have copies of notices sent to customers sent to my email. I followed the link given in email and it takes buyer to my storefront. What's wrong here? How do I fix this to make it as easy as I know this is supposed to be for the buyer? Thanks dcackerman

Hi Dcackerman,

When the buyer clicks the link they are taken to the WBN. After they are finished filling out the WBN, a final invoice appears and it is within your storefront. Have your buyers complained of any problems or confusion?

I had this problem also. I needed to do the checkout my self for a customer who already paid me. I had checked off the items #2 & #3 in the fulfillment list. these then cause bypassing t of the WBN page and go directly to the store front. When unchecked I get the WBN page first.

Make sure you dont have the "WBN response received" manually checked.
