I have selected to have a link to Bidpay from my WBN, but one of my customers told me that there was no link in my WBN to them. Is this correct?

I've tried to search for the email and can't find or remember the person who said that. I'm so sorry and knew to record everything or you couldn't help me. I will next time.
I guess I was asking in a round about way if there was a change or something not right overall. A link to bidpay should be there if in Post-Mgt, I have it marked to link to bidpay, yes?
Perhaps this also happened while the change at AW was going on recently. Some of my preferences seemed to have changed without my help when the change was made, but I've corrected all of those.
If it is reported to me again, then I'll write down the auction number and have details so you can actually help me. Thanks.

Sonya, I found that auction where the person said there was no link to Bidpay. It was auction #1509639050. She said in her note to me "I tried to follow your instructions and assumed it would lead me to a link for bidpay. I apologize I could not find the link on the web page....so, I will just send a Money Order." and she did.
It may well be a newbie, but I didn't know.
