I just upgraded to the power plan variable and downloaded SMBE. I just started the program and synced and the only thing it pulled up were my images. There is nothing else there, what happened? What do I do now?

Hi Hoffy1324,
You need to start creating inventory items inside SMBE, which you will then transform into auctions.
You can as well download your online inventory. Please click "Tools > Download Inventory .csv file", then import the resulting file using the menu entry "Tools > Import > Inventory", where you need to choose "Text file - Comma separated fields".
The current SMBE version will not download active auctions from Auction Manager. It will only display active, pending, and closed auctions actually created within the SMBE software.
