I am not crazy about ebays checkout, but I still put in the info just incase buyers do use it. I just received a copy of a buyers printed checkout form and it states 'Seller does not have a mailing address on file'. Where would I put my mailing address on file? I seen no option in my AW ebay site specs...and since I don't launch through ebay I have no idea where I would enter it there (under my account info?).
I would rather they used AW post sale, but if some buyers are going to use the ebay checkout I don't need them only getting 1/2 the info.
BTW- I don't know if it is because of ebays checkout system, or because we are now stuck with the old WBN (instead of express) but I now have so few people responding to my WBN... With the express, at least 1/2 or better responded. Now it is almost nil.

Hi Sfnyartist,
You can enter in your address for checkout in your eBay Prefereces section of your ebay account. You can get to your preferences through My eBay.
Regarding your lack of response to the WBNs, you can always alter your default text to let the winners know that they must click on the link provided to be taken to the form to complete post sale. Hopefully this will increase your buyer response.
