Now what!?! After I refreshed all my auctions, I tried to relist the ones that had sold, and I'm getting a message saying "Item not owned." What on earth does that mean??? If I don't own it, who does?

You had your default email address for eBay stored as your username also. I updated your account to show your actual eBay ID, rather than only your email address so you should be able to track and relist your items without error.
