I apologize for having such a basic question, (but) I've found no faq, posting, or help that answers why my images in a listing do not have the option for super-sizing? I purposely made my image sizes small knowing that "super-sizing" is included.. that's according to your opening banners for new members like me. During a listing generation there was a hint that if my images were smaller than 240 pixels wide, they would be made into thumbnails and then given the super size option. All of my images meet that criteria. Many pix I see on Ebay by AuctionWatch are 250 and more wide and still have the super-size option available. What am I missing? Thanks.

Hello,
Actually, the service we offer is to make your images smaller than their original size, and available to click on and view at the original size you upload them at.
This option is found via the My Account tab, under the Global Preferences link. Look for the option labeled 'Automatically scale down large images for faster download and cleaner presentation.'
We will scale down your images wider than 250 pixels, but do not enlarge them any from the size they were originally uploaded at.
