I am getting very , very, frustrated with Auction Watch. Today after shutting down for maintenance and trying "to make it better", it is not closing auctions correctly. I sent an email to customer service and got some irroneous answer that had nothing in the world to do with my problem. Today I had 11 auctions close and only 3 of them have been recognized by AuctionWatch as being "Sold". Those three items are just right and have the post sale keys ready for my use and the WBN was sent out properly. The other eight items closed, a 1 or higher in the # of bid field, with no post sale keys, and did not show on the "Sold Item" screen. That puts me back to manual because now I can't get anyone to acknowledge my other 4 emails. HELP, 911, Help can anybody do anything??????

This morning I have an unsold Yahoo item #60195074 that is appearing in my POST SALE > AWAITING PAYMENT section.
It is not showing up in POST SALE > UNSOLD as it should.

Hi Mssnowcrab,
Your control panel now shows correct information. The problem was related to a difference between the information stored at AW and at eBay. We require now that on both sides you use the same ID (the eBay ID stored in MyAccount -> AuctionSitesAccounts must match the one stored at eBay).

Well it's me again. AW must NOT be telling all that they no of this problem because now, like magic, all my post auction keys are now available , even for the ones missing yesterday. I have not changed any of my info yet.

Hello,
We noted the problem with the seller IDs and we have implemented a patch which will allow you to enter either the valid email address or username associated with your eBay account.
We apologize for the confusion. Please let us know if you continue to experience problems with this.

OK, explain this to me like I'm a 5 year old. The reason my closed auctions aren't showing as closed is because my eBay ID is different from my AW ID? When did happen? Why weren't we informed? And finally, I've searched all work-arounds to change my AW ID to match my eBay ID, and I can't find a way to do it.
I'm spending an awful lot of time (and losing an awful lot money) by having to go through my active auctions one by one to see which ones haven't closed. I thought that was what I'm paying AW to do.

Hi Katiedid,
We did not expain it well, so I will try with an example (in order to respect privacy, all the usernames below are fake):
- user Joe Doe has an account at eBay. UserID is "doejoe", email is "[email protected]", and password is "123abc".
- user Joe Doe has also an account at AW. UserID is "bigjoe", email is "[email protected]" (same, but may be different), and password is "123456".
- in order to launch auctions to eBay from AW, user Joe Doe must provide AW information for his account at eBay. So he enters userID "joedoe", email "[email protected]", and password "123abc".
Notice the difference between the eBay_userID "doejoe" (stored at eBay), and eBay_userID "joedoe" (stored at AW). This causes the closed auctions problem.
