Is AW going to show PSM keys on auctions that did not sell? I had 5 auctions close without bidders but in the closed auctions the PSM keys are there.

No, this shouldn't be happening. Where these launched through Auction Manager or AMPro? Were these relists?

These were launched through AMPRO and relisted through through AMPRO.

I see that the PSM keys are gone, but so are the auctions. Could I have the auctions back?

Hi badgeman,

Thanks for being patient while we work on this issue. Did you by chance delete the auctions trying to get the PSM keys to show up? We are trying to find out how/why they were deleted.

We will try to retrack those auctions in and see if the PSM keys are still there.

I tracked those deleted auctions in and they do not have the PSM keys. Let us know if you run into this problem again.
