Hello,
My WBN are being sent with my e-mail address instead my name before my address. I received a payment today with the envelope and money order made out to my e-mail address name.
How can I change this? The code says "my name" and not "my e-mail address."

Hi Rnaudit1,
Your WBN emails have been sent according to your preferences in MyAccount->PostSaleMgmt. Notice that in WBNs the %%MyName%% field is substituted with your username at venue (eBay has different fields for username and e-mail address). Your buyers know your name at venue, not your AW username or your real name. So if your username at eBay is some e-mail address, this name is used in WBNs.
Note that any changes to username / password made at venue, must also be done at AW, otherwise, AW will not be able to launch auctions for you, or recognise you as the owner for imported auctions.

Thank you for the prompt response. Are you saying t5hat I will have to change my sellers ID to my real name in order for my cistomers to get my name.
I never had this happen before.
I am getting checks and money orders made out to my sellers name which is my e-mail address.
I am also getting the payment envelopes addressed to my e-mail address.
How can I get my name and not my e-mail address back into the WBN? This is really crazy.

Hi Rnaudit1,
If you want to sign your WBN mails with your full name, this is simple. Just go to MyAccount->Post Sale Mgt Options, and in the "e-Mail Message" body, remove "%%MyName%%" and add your full name instead. This way, all your WBN (for auctions that will close _after_ the change) will contain your name as above, and not your eBay seller name (which is an e-mail address).
