Dear customer support,
We have problems with the Checkout option on ebay since the very beginning. We use the "Checkout details not specified" option and have placed the optional text explaining that the customers will receive all payment details in the Winning bidder notification letter which is sent within 24 hours after the auction end. But we could not see this text displayed on our auction listings. Please, clarify where exactly it appears as most of our customers complain that we do not answer their Checkout e-mails. We have a lot of products listed daily and it is hard to answer the Request total e-mails while this same information is contained in the WBNs.
