Good Evening, or Morning if you will.
When I launch an auction, I check "C2it" but it NEVER shows up in a single ad? WHY?
How can I get the icon to appear in my ad if I have done the one thing one must do, click on it in the auction page I am creating by your steps preferences. I also had BidPay, and neither do I get the icon with that, in fact I get "site info incorrect" or to that effect and I cannot launch an auction if I have Bidpay checked, I have to undo it, just to launch one ad. Why can I use one, but not the other, why do they NOT Show up within ad?
I would appreciate a speedy reply.

Hi John,
Your C2it banner does not show up because while you have C2it selected, you do not have your ID stored. You also need to have the "Insert list of payment types accepted" option selected. This goes for your BidPay banner as well.

And where would I store it? I mean I filled it out and it was accepted on line so would it not automatically come up on my ad? If not, please let me know where I go to store the ID?

Hi John,
Go to the My Account tab, and click to view your 'Global Preferences' - from here you can store your C2IT Username.
This is also where you can check the box labeled 'Insert list of payment types accepted in auction listing.' - to make your payment options actually appear in the listing as well as give them as options in post sale management.
