Personal Offer - wont move into Post Sale - Help!!

Tracked the auction and it shows up in my actives but can not get it into post sale so I can send the WBN.

AW help please!

All fields are showing 'updating' for the past 12 hours.

Anybody have a 'fix' for this one?

Hi asianproducts,

Unfortunately, our systems are not compatible with eBay's Personal Offer system. You will need to manually contact the customer who accepted the personal offer to complete the transaction.
