I just had a customer give up and x out his address part of the form because there wasn't enough room. He just listed his address in the "Comment to Seller" area. I then tried my best to use the amount of space allotted but to no avail. I had to abbreviate too much. Please add a line or two...I am starting to sell internationally and I believe this may be an even bigger problem with that.

I'm really curious what kind of address this person has. Each one of the address fields holds 50 characters of data!?!

I believe I have seen very long addresses relative to this before...some I remembered to have several "separate" lines (maybe 50 characters maybe not) but for clarity to shippers "separate" lines are needed. Without giving any personal information here's a "what if" you had a customer whose address was:
Company Name
ATTN: John Doe
Furniture-Appliance and Finance Department
Furniture and Appliance Repair Group
1234 South Couch Avenue
Anywhere City,
Somewhere State
Zip
Country
Large companies can have several lines within their specific address for routing purposes, especially to get to the particular individual/Dept. with less hassle.
This is the way the customer knows the address should be written. Are you going to delete/abbreviate/change it to suit your paid program defaults, or write it out (none of which is professional)?
AW combines by default: city, state, and zip. Try putting this address into their fields several ways as I have. Am I missing something? No one else has ever had this happen to him or her? My customer gave up...and I edited and abbreviated enough to get it all in. Usually I just hand write it. Just was wondering if the AW program would have a huge burden put upon them if they remedied this.
I have squeezed it (the actual address) together by abbreviating and will continue to do so if this happens again, keeping away from the defaulted comas, etc., to look somewhat like the original should, but as I stated...another line or two, and more character space would have been very convenient for my customer and me.

AW won't even enlarge the font size in these columns....certainly this suggestion will be "passed on" in the same manner.
