I received this e-mail from a winner of a Friday night auction. I manually sent the WBN within 15 minutes of the auction's close. Are there any known problems going to Hotmail accounts - or is this just a random one?
Hi, I won the Spider-Man issue listed above in the auction listed above, and
I still have not received any e-mail from you, as said in your description.
"You will receive an e-mail within one day of the auction's close with a
form to fill out (or a link to a URL with a form to fill out) to send
information to Auction Watch.com. Auction Watch.com is an auction management
service I use to organize my auctions and enable me to ship books quickly."
The auction ended on the 22nd, and it is now the 24th. Please respond to
this e-mail to let me know what the next step is, or at least an e-mail
confirmation, letting me know. Please respond in a timely manner, or
negative feedback will be left.
Thank you,
Mitchell.

So I am not Crazy!!!
I have had the same problem with all my high bidders with a Hotmail address. It has been happening for awhile now...at least a month or two that I have noticed...could be longer.
I have had them threatened to give Negative feedback also? I have already posted a question somewhere here to the effect of late WBN's going out causing problems ("Buy-It-Now" customers want to "Buy-It-Now" not 3,5,7 hrs later when they finally get a WBN).

Hello,
Ask the winning bidders to check their deleted items for the WBN. I just did a test, and the WBN did go through to all of the hotmail accounts I have, but some deleted it because of the filters I have in place to block Spam.
