No answer yet in AW message board (Ebay venue) so will try here! Will delete now on Ebay rather than wait on your answer to the following problem:
Sunday after combining several items as a lot for relisting, I forgot to delete each individual relist before hitting the relaunch. When I realized my error, (within minutes) I immediately hit "delete" so they wouldn't be double listed. I assumed they would be deleted on Ebay too. Today I happened to check MY EBAY page and found them still there. What do I do BEFORE they receive a bid? Delete them on EBAY? Am I to be charged for a couple of minutes auction on all? Please help.......need to remedy this before one receives a bid!

Try this address, (if it doesn't work go to any eBay form and tell them you couldn't get through on the right form and explain problem). Go to Billing, Fees, Other Fees, and then to the bottom right Contact and give them all the auction numbers, requesting a refund. They will make sure your fees are returned. I don't know how to get AW fees returned.

Thank you larrkpoodle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After trying for over an hour and receiving nothing but a blank page everytime I hit "contact support" (no matter which venue I went through).....FINALLY got through and requested credit! Now we'll see what happens. I have to wait a day or two for reply the form stated. Also, am waiting to see what AW will do about their fees.

Hello ramabele,
Keep in mind deleting items from the Auction Manager will only delete them from being tracked in your active list. They will still run on eBay.
If you have items that are processing, or scheduled and you want to stop them before they list click on the left hand side of the page to view your pending items only first.
Then, on the following page you can select all of the processing or scheduled items and hit the cancel button above. This will prevent those items from going to active.
