Hi RichieRich,

If you are referring to the new annual plan, it is not yet available to sign up for. Once it is we will let you know.

I am referring to the email I received some time back that stated something like sign up before 3/14 to take advantage of the same rates next year.

I do not want to miss it.

It is the power plan that gives me the $200 annual rate no FVF fees.

Hi RichieRich,

It will be made available for sign up in early March. Don't worry, it will be before your Power Plan expires!

PLEASE _

There is less then 10 days until my plan expires. I need to see the plan you are offering and get my questions answered before I can make the decision to stay or go.

If I go, I need to get all my pictures moved at the same time as completing my daily task. This is not a 5 minute process (actually, I have no idea how to even start). But if the plan is good and I stay I am fine.

PLEASE - Show us the final plan.

Hello RichieRich,

I will email you a copy of that letter we sent out, detailing the new plan that will be available to you when your current one expires.

If you have questions, just reply back and we will address them for you.

HELP!

This does not make sense!
SPECIAL OFFER FOR EXISTING SUBSCRIBERS!

As an existing Annual Power Plan subscriber, you are eligible
to sign up for our new listing plan at a substantial discount.
Simply sign up for the Annual Listing Plan before your Annual
Power Plan expires (3/15/2002) and you will lock in last year's
auction listing and image hosting rates for another year. For
a $200 annual subscription fee you will get unlimited image
hosting and Auction Manager/Auction Manager Pro listings for
just $0.05 per listing. The new Annual Listing Plan will be
available later this month. To take advantage of this
20% discount, you must subscribe no later than 15 days after
your current Annual Power Plan expires.

FIRST it says - Simply sign up for the Annual Listing Plan before your Annual
Power Plan expires (3/15/2002)...NOTE BEFORE YOUR PLAN EXPIRES.
THEN it says - To take advantage of this
20% discount, you must subscribe no later than 15 days after
your current Annual Power Plan expires.>>>WHICH IS IT?!?

BEFORE or AFTER?

Now for my questions -

What is BULK EDITING ?

On the Annual Listing Plan - will I or will I not be able to use the templates for auctions? If I can then what is - Predefined and Custom Merchandising Templates

This is VERY confusing to me.

Let me tell you what I need and you tell me what plan I need to get it!

I use AmPro, image hosting, templates, counters, auction scheduling, customer opt in email list, I think that is it.
I list about 100 items per week. Most have 3 pictures. Anything else you need to know?

There are things on the pricing schedule ( http://wsacp.auctionwatch.com/pricing/ ) that I have never seen or heard of. Where does one find out what each item there does since they are not clickable?

WHAT PLAN IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Hi,I am on the power plan thats ends March 17. I see in this post that a letter was send out saying that we could renew the plan for 1 more year. My question is I did not receive a letter to this fact. Is everyone who was on that plan last year going to be able to renew it for this year? Thanks Dave

Hi All,

The new annual plan will most likely be available tomorrow. But if it is not, don't worry! You will have two weeks to change to the new annual plan after the expiration date without problems.

If I do not renew my current power plan on 3/14 when it expires...
#1 how will I be able to continue to use this service?

#2 how will I be charged? What fees? What rate?

I am worried - I do auctions for a living. I can not wait for you guys to answer my still unanswered questions!

Hi RichieRich,

You may now sign up for the new annual listing plan at the following URL:

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/pmt_plan.html?display=plan_summary

We will be sending a follow up email on Monday to all users whose annual plan expires in the next 2 weeks with instructions on how to sign up for this plan or any of our other plans.

Thanks,

Larry

I am not signing up if you can not answer my questions. I refuse to pay now and hope for answers later. Or worse, find out the reason you are not answering my questions is because I can not use the services I need.

Here are the answers to your questions:

You will have a 2 week grace period to sign up for the new Annual Listing Plan with the special price. During the 2 week period, you will be charged at your current rate under the annual power plan, until you change plans.

If you do not select a new plan within 15 days after your annual subscription expires, your account will automatically be switched to the Standard Plan. The Standard Plan will allow you to continue using AuctionWatch services without any yearly or monthly fees. Fees are charged per listing on the Standard Plan.

The annual listing plan will allow you to use our listing templates. (There is an error in the plan listing summary matrix which will be corrected today).

Under the Annual Listing Plan - AmPro, image hosting, templates, counters, and auction scheduling are included. Customer Management Tools (customer opt in email list)
are not included.

If you wish to use all of these services, you should sign up for either the variable power plan or flat rate power plan, depending on the average sales price of your items. If you do not need the customer management tools, you should sign up for the Annual Listing Plan.

Please let me know if I have not answered all of your questions.

Larry

If I launch auctions today that close on 3/18 and my power plan expires on 3/14 -

Will my pictures still appear after 3/15?

Will AW charge me? How much?

Will the auctions launch this week continue to run as normal at the fees in place at the time of launching?

PLEASE Answer these questions as well as the others I have asked here and AW seems to be avoiding.

PLEASE TIME IS RUNNING OUT

Hi RichieRich,

Anything you launch before your plan expires or before you change your plan will have the applicable fees from that plan.
