I have had another buyer has stated that they are receiving another email address somehow. I have checked the address with paypal and auctionwatch and can't seem to find the problem. Please help
I am not sure what this is in reference to. Are you saying the buyers are getting a username/ID/email address for PayPal other than the one listed in your account?
Just to confirm, this is happening on the WBN that is sent out, correct?

i'm not sure where their getting it. Originally I thought it to be a problem with the logo linking to previous address (@myauctionwatch.com),but paypal tech believes that its not the problem becauce logos are auto inserted. Now I'm not sure of anything. Any help you can offer would be appreceiated. Thanks,dcackerman

Hi Dcackerman,
If you are having logos automatically inserted, I would recommend checking your PayPal account to see what email address you are using as your primary address since that is the one that would be inserted with the logo.

all of my email checks out. can't seem to find source of myauctionwatch address. I don't know what the problem is

Hi Dcackerman,
When I click on the paypal logo in the auction, the account that comes up is yours and it is a hotmail address. I also viewed the finished WBN for that item, clicked the PayPal link, and still got the hotmail address. It doesn't look like there is a problem with your customers getting the right ID when paying with PayPal. Do you know where they are clicking on that gives them a different email address?
