What is the next suggested step do with my completed auctions that have all 9 key steps finished. Delete them? leave them there? what's best? I am see that an auction that closes with the buyer wishing to pay via snail mail ends up way down my list of completed auctions. I would like to have that information when BE is able to do post sale reports...that's if BE will even be able to go back and get them for a report?

Hi dstechnologies,
It's up to you to do what you want with your closed auctions. Some sellers delete the auctions when the transaction has been completed, others like to keep a permanent record.
BE would only be able to do reports for auctions that were launched through it. So that particular auction would not be available for the report.

All of my auctions were launched thru BE. I hope I can get a report of them being they were launched via BE....they are just hanging around making my BE program bigger and bigger till I can back them up in a report then wanted to delete them letting BE program breath better.
I didn't want to delete them on BE or online until I can get a post sale record of them. A .cvs record like the closed report that I do now as well as a post sale upgrade that I am waiting for to be released.
I guess the question is...can auction launched via BE today be reported later when the Post sale report upgrade comes out?
