Every wbn I send seems to through the winning bidder! They say that they can't get it to let them choose the payment and shipping method. I don't want them to choose shipping method anyway, as I shipp everything the same! HELP???

Hi Haliebear,

Are they unable to select it, or do they just not see a shipping and payment auction? I viewed some of your WBNs and couldn't see where there would be a problem -- are there any specific auctions this was a problem for? If so let me know the auction ID numbers.
