I am closing a listing ID and have emailed
AW through "contact us." My closed auctions have been deleted. Is there anything else I
must do?

I have another listing ID and this posting ID.

Thank you.

Hi Aposter,

Did you delete them by accident? We do not delete closed auctions, the only way to remove them would be if you deleted them yourself. If you still have the auction ID numbers for those auctions, you can import them back into your account using the Track Auction link in your Auction Manager tab.

Hi Sonya. No, I deleted them myself in preparation for closing down the ID. I don't need them because I keep copies off the internet.

I just need to know if emailing AW that I want one of my IDs terminated is the only thing I am supposed to do. I am no longer going to use it on eBay.

Thanks.

Hi Aposter,

You don't have to let us know if you aren't going to use an eBay ID anymore unless you want to use a new one, because you might have trouble getting it stored in your account. In this case, we can move it in for you so that you can start your auctions again.

Hi Sonya,

I am sorry. It is an AW listing ID. I meant I
am no longer going to use it to list from AW. I tried to close down the ID account and add my eBay ID to my new AW ID, but it wouldn't take it because my eBay ID is still listed in your computers as belonging to my first ID. Confusing, I know. Thank you.

Just need to know if I have to do anything besides emailing AW of my intentions.

Hi Aposter,

Thank you for the clarification. Emailing is fine, we will take care of it as we receive your email. Once that is closed we can move your eBay ID to the new one.

Hi,

My old ID was apparently cancelled today, because I can't get in with my password now.

Problem:

My new AW listing account shows you have changed my eBay ID to the new account under "Existing Accounts" page.

I can access the 490 photos I have stored on my new AW ID & my new account information.

BUT, I cannot get into "Create a Listing" so I can change templates. Why? Would like to start selling tonight. I keep getting the page "Quick Start." I have tried adding my eBay password to "Quick Start" a few times but get:

"The following errors have occurred:
The user ID you have provided was already used by another AuctionWatch.com account. Please introduce other user ID and try again."

Thanks!
