We experienced an outage this evening that lasted from approximately 5:45 pm to 9:15 pm PST. During this time, the site was inaccessible, and auction launching was halted as well as uploading from Auction Manager Pro and Business Edition, but images on active auctions were being served.
If your auctions were scheduled to launch during this time, and they have errored out, you may attempt to resubmit them now. Please check eBay first before doing so, to be sure that the auctions did not in fact launch.
Note that the error message displayed during the outage indicated that the downtime was scheduled, however, it was not a scheduled maintenance window. Please accept our apologies for this outage and any inconvenience that may have resulted.

Well I had a bunch of "RELIST" that after I hit edit, say "COPY" so looks like I have more than one problem on my hands...going to have to take the TIME again, to clean up the closed since they won't be a RELIST according to AW.....Internal Database Failure. The auction data could not be retrieved from the
database for AuctionWatch ID ......01awch00000000000522455675XX.
Do I get a credit on my bill for the errors that won't be relist ?????
Click on the title for that item, then use the 'undo launch' option to pull it out of processing mode. Check eBay to verify the item has not launched, then resubmit if it hasn't.
Landotters - Are you saying an item coming up as 'copy' - should actually be showing up as relist instead? If so, please give us an example to investigate this for you. If you had already selected those items to relist, and they are now in your pending section with 'error' beside them because they were scheduled to list during the outage - resubmit those items from your pending section instead, or delete them and then select that item from the closed list to relist from.
