I had asked the following question:
This is the message I have received as of around 5:00 pm yesterday (Fri). I figured it was just some kind of glitch so I am trying again now (Sat) to upload pictures, like I've done a thousand times before, and the following page still comes up stating:
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
So What's Up?
Everything has been restored as of 9pm last evening. You should be able to upload your images as you always have.
If you continue on with this error message, try as others have suggested with clearing your temp files/browser cache. If that doesn't work, restart your browser or even your machine.
Try doing one image at a time, then increasing the number in a batch.

Ok... I have tried everything you mentioned - I even went to another computer - and still it will not come up....now what?
Are you using the same dial up connection from both machines? It doesn't really make sense that you would have the exact same error on both machines unless there was a site-wide outage, which we are not having.
Try going over the same steps again with both machines, one of them will clear this error for you. Additionally, try switching back and forth via uploading from the Image Hosting tab, and the Manage Images section found via the Auction Manager.
Let us know if you are only running into this error via one of the two.
