I'm trying to figure out which plan is right for me, and I don't know what a few of the services mean, so I don't know if I need them or not. They are:
Integrated HTML Editor
Data Import from internal inventory systems
Secure data export to internal fulfillment systems
Can you tell me what those are or look at my records and see if I use those things, so I can make my decision. I'm between the Standard Plan and the Variable Rate Power Plan.

I would just like to agree. I am in same situation, and would really appreciate more info.

These are features of Sales Manager Business Edition. I looked at both of your accounts and it looks like you would both do well under the Power Plan Variable Rate. It is up to you which plan you choose, it would depend on how much you plan to list every month and what you make on an average basis.

I too, am in a quandry regarding the new multiple choice pricing plans.
I am on my last day of the yearly power plan, and enjoyed using it, though it was a very expensive venture considering the cost only a year prior.
Now, it seems that I am looking at doubling or tripling my costs using the service. I use post sale tools, as well as inventory, imagine hosting and listing services. I would like some help from customer service in determining the best plan for me.
I have another issue which is un-related to this question:
When my buyer completes checkout, there is a message from me - my question is, how do I edit that message?

Hi Michelle,
You can edit your post sale default messaging in your My Account tab, under Post Sale Management Options.
You may want to consider using one of the two Premium Plans that are at $12.95 per month. If you are unsure of what to use, I would recommend going with the Standard plan for a month to see what kind of volume you put out and then choose one of the premium plans if it is a good fit for you.

Thank you, Sonya, I will try one of the $12.95 plans.
In regard to the post sale management options under my account, I do not see the message that is reflected on the buyer check out page.
The message my buyers are getting discusses insurance being included in their purchase price, which is not included any longer. I need to edit that message.
Can you go to the buyer checkout of one of my auctions and see what I mean?
