My buyers, when clicking through from our settlement page, are finding that there is no populated invoice....just their opening page in BillPoint with no reference to the transaction.

Hi pandorasbox,
All we provide for the buyers is the link. There isn't a pre-populated field for Billpoint, Buyers will need to manually login and complete the transaction.
