Hi, I would like to change auction sites from ebay to yahoo on auctions that closed without bids. How can I change them without re-doing the whole auction?? Please help, lovetoshoponline
To relist to another site, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Click "relist", then "edit"
- On the edit page, there will be a copy button on the upper righthand side of the page. Click "copy" (you will now be editing the copied auction.)
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and select "save this item to inventory". Click the "save" button. The item will now appear in your inventory list (click the "Inventory" link under the navigation tabs to access Inventory.)
- From your inventory list, click on the item title of the auction and then click on the X corresponding to the auction site where you want the auctions listed under.
- Complete the required fields and then save the auction.
- Go back to the main inventory page and check the box next to the item. In the Action Panel, you will see two pull-down menus. From the first, select "schedule" or "launch". From the second menu, select the desired auction site, then click "go".
In order to avoid having to repeat this process in the future, we recommend that as you create your auction, you utilize the "save my item to inventory" feature on the listing form.
