1. I am a long time Auction Watch user...my buyers seem confused with the new WBN format...especially those who are paying with PayPal...I have had several buyer tell me they chose PayPal but I have not received payment...when I went into the checkout I could see why...a buyer could fill out all the information and miss the "continue" button at the bottom of the page...even after continuing on to the next page they still have to "Place Your Order"...this seems like alot of steps...I had to contact these buyer, individually, and ask them to go to PayPal to make payment (more work for me)...
2. PSM - when you click on the #2 Post Sale key it is nice to be able to see the name/address of the winning bidder displayed...but to see the winning bidders comments you still have to open winning bidder response in fulfillment checklist...this is an extra step that wasn't necessary before.
3. I would like to see an easy way to mark #2 for responses recieved outside of AW...many buyers email directly and I don't know of a way to mark multiple WBN's received...
4. Would also like to see a way to skip "print invoice" after marking items as paid...
Any suggestions?

Hi Susan,
When your winners choose to pay by PayPal they must still complete the transaction on PayPal. I would also recommend possibly modifying your WBN text to instruct your winners to complete the WBN, or to make sure they complete the transaction using your PayPal link.
I will log your other suggestions for Product Development.
