It's been a while since I"ve hosted any auctions and I'm not seeing where my WBN's are being automatically sent out. I clicked "post sale" and sent them out anyway, but I haven't gotten confirmation that they were sent. I'm one of those @HOME customers that's still trying to get my email addy's changed everywhere, so I wondered if there was a button somewhere I haven't clicked or something. I DID do what AW said to do a month or so ago, but HELP! Tell me where to go what to do!

Hello,

Engineering is currently looking into a possible error with the auto-wbn, would it be possible for me to send out your WBN's from auctions that closed today for you?

We would like to test this for you.

SURE you can, they STILL are not showing that they've been sent out, and I still haven't gotten anything in my email saying they've been sent out.
what do you need from me?

Hello,

You should be getting your copies at your comcast email address. I doublechecked, and the system has been sending them out.

I sent a test email to that address also, which does not appear to have bounced - check your account for this as well.
