I click and click and the payment recd button in PSM is not working. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi Katmommy,

Are you using Post Sale Express, or trying to do this through the fullfillment list? It is working through Post Sale Exprress -- click on "Awaiting Payment", select your auction, and hit the Paid button.

Its not functioning in Express either. I click "paid" and nothing happens.

Hello,

Are you able to use all of the other menu buttons at the top of the toolbar except this one?

Also, when did this seem to stop functioning correctly for you? Have you done any updates or changes to your browser software recently?

yes..everything else works fine and I didnt change anything. I just noticed the Payment recd button not working the day I posted the problem.

What browser are you using? If you can try using a different browser.
